A clear next step

Make it straightforward to enquire, book or ask a question.

Easy to find and use

Clear pages, considered loading times and layouts that work on a phone.

Words that make sense

Explain what you offer in the language your customers use.

Where enquiries are lost

Why visitors leave
without getting in touch.

A smart-looking website can still leave people unsure. If they can’t quickly see what you do, why you’re worth choosing and how to get in touch, you risk losing the enquiry.

It takes too long to work out what you do.

There’s no clear reason to choose you.

The next step is hidden or confusing.

The site looks good, but brings in few enquiries.

If your site isn’t actively helping you win business, it’s just an online brochure.

Our approach

Start with your customers.
Build the website around them.

Before choosing layouts, we work out what visitors need to know and what you want the website to help them do. That gives the design a clear job.

A clear explanation of what you do and who you help.

Pages that answer the questions customers ask before getting in touch.

A straightforward route from interest to an enquiry or booking.

Useful wording built around how people describe and search for your services.

What we can build

The things a useful
business website needs.

We agree the pages, features and support in writing before work starts. Here are the areas we work through with you.

The plan and the words

  • A page plan built around your services and customers.
  • Clear homepage wording and an explanation of your offer.
  • Agreed next steps for visitors across the site.

The design and the build

  • A considered design that feels like your business.
  • Layouts tested on phones, tablets and computers.
  • Page structure, titles and descriptions that help explain your content to search engines.

Enquiries and measurement

  • Enquiry forms or booking routes suited to the job.
  • Clear buttons and links where people need them.
  • An agreed way to measure enquiries, with the necessary access and privacy settings.

Launch and looking after it

  • Checks of the agreed pages, forms and links before launch.
  • A planned switch from the old website, where there is one.
  • Handover guidance and a clear agreement on any ongoing support.

How we work

From the first conversation
to a website you can use.

Step 1: Understand the job

We talk about your business, your customers and what the website needs to achieve. Then we agree the pages, responsibilities, budget and timetable.

Step 2: Plan and design

We work through the wording and layouts together. You can see the direction and give feedback before the full build.

Step 3: Build and check

We build the agreed pages and connections, then check how they work across screen sizes. You review the content and try the enquiry routes.

Step 4: Launch and hand over

We complete the launch checks, make the site live and explain how it will be looked after. Any further improvements follow an agreed plan.

Working with EyesFwd

Know what’s happening.
Have a say in the result.

Building a website involves plenty of decisions. We make them with you, with a clear reason for the work and room for your experience of the business.

Start with useful outcomes

We agree what matters to your business, such as relevant enquiries or booked conversations. That gives us something worthwhile to review.

Work with Mark

You can explain the problem in your own words and talk through the decisions with Mark. Read more about working together.

Plain English throughout

You should understand what is being built, why it is needed and what happens next. We explain the choices and the trade-offs.

Know what you’re paying for

The proposal sets out the agreed work, costs and responsibilities. If the scope changes, we discuss it before adding work.

A timetable agreed with you

We plan around the size of the job, available content and review time. You know what we need from you to keep things moving.

Think beyond the website

We can connect the website to the wider work of the business, from bookings and customer records to follow-up. Additional work is scoped separately.

FAQ

A few things you may be wondering.

Clear answers before you commit to a website project.

How long will my website take to build?

That depends on the number of pages, the features and how much content is ready. We agree a realistic timetable before work starts, including time for your feedback. You’ll know what we need from you and when.

Will I own my website?

We set out what you own and what is licensed in the proposal, along with access to the website, domain and hosting accounts. Any third-party tools or subscriptions are explained before you commit, so you know what you’re taking on.

Will it work properly on phones and tablets?

Yes. We build layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and check the navigation, text, buttons and enquiry routes on phones, tablets and computers. People should be able to read the page and get in touch comfortably on whichever device they use.

Can you help with hosting and maintenance?

We can help you choose suitable hosting and agree who will handle updates, backups and support. Any ongoing work and costs are set out separately from the build. You’ll know who looks after what once the site is live.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We start by looking at what works, what gets in the way and what your current platform allows. Then we agree whether to improve specific pages or rebuild the site. Useful content and working features are part of that discussion.

Can you help with the wording?

Yes. We can work with you on the page plan and copy, using your knowledge of the business and the questions customers ask. We agree how much writing is included in the quote.

How much will it cost?

Business website prices start from £2,495. We give you a written quote once the pages, features and content work are clear. Hosting, subscriptions and any ongoing support are itemised so you can see the continuing costs too. If you need to update pages yourself, we include suitable editing tools in that discussion.

Will the website rank first on Google?

We do not promise a particular position. Search results depend on relevance, competition and other factors. Search engine optimisation (SEO) can improve how your pages are understood and found; we agree the work and useful ways to measure progress.

Let’s look at what your website needs to do.
